The classroom approach is a very common form of training. Trainees are taught necessary skills by an instructor within classroom settings. This is a hands-on approach that requires face-to-face interaction.


The virtual mode of training makes use of visual technology to explain practical concepts. Online technology, television screens, presentations and films are utilized to display lecturers, exercises and other content for the training session.

This mode of training uses the classroom and virtual approach to explain the task, how it is to be performed, encourage the trainee and assess his performance. This method is generally used to train new employees on a one to one basis.
